WINTER Olympian gold medallist and Mt Buller skier Jakara Anthony has been honoured in the Queen's Birthday listings receiving an Order of Australia Medal.
Anthony received her highest award for service to sport as a gold medallist at the Beijing Winter Olympic Games in February this year.
Although Anthony lives in Barwon Heads she retains Mt Buller as her 'home skiing resort'.
